The safari is based on a group joining safari to Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru and a private safari to Aberdare National Park. Maasai Mara Reserve is the most popular touristic destination in Kenya located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserves western escapment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife vewing areas. The annual wildbeeast migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildbeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai Mara, Its one of the wonders of the world.
Tour Details
Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve
At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your Nairobi Hotel to join a group and commence the driver to Maasai Mara via the great rift valley point where you will have a breaking view of the floor of the rift valley. Lunch will be picnic on the way. In the afternoon after cheking in, you will start off with a game drive at Mara. Return back to the camp for a sumptuous buffer dinner ending with good time for resting at the camp.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara
Spend the full day exploring Mara in the search of the big five. You will have a picnic lunch in the reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara River.
Optional: In the evening, visit the local Masai village for a Maasai cultural tour at USD 20 per person. Lern about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people. An overnight at the Maasai village can be organized upon request.
A balloon safari at USD 380 per person (optional) can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildbeest and zebra from Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of Savanna- Lions, cheeters, jackal, hyenas and Vultures.

Day 3: Depart Maasai Mara to Nakuru
You will enjoy the last early morning game drive in Mara reserve followed by breakfast. There after, commence drive to Nakuru. Upon arrival at 6pm you will spend the night at the hotel and have dinner.

PART TWO:
Private safari to Aberdares National Park
Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Aberdares National Park
You will have an early breakfast and depart at 7am straight to the park. Its a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which is part of the big five. There is a possibility to see the pink flamingoes. The game lasts 3hrs, after which you are picked up by your driver for a private safari to Aberdare National park arriving in time for lunch at Aberdares Country Club. After lunch you are transferred to the park by the lodge vehicle.
The park provides a habitat for elephants, black rhinos, leopards sported hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos and many more. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest Hogs, bongos and many types of big cats. You can indulge in picnics, trout fishing in the river and camping in the moorlands. You can also enjoy bird viewing with over 250 speacies of birds in the park.

Day 5: Aberdare to Nairobi
Early morning viewing of animals at the lodge deck. Have breakfast and at 9am, and drive back to Nairobi with a drop off at your hotel or at the airport.
